Are you looking to buy items?

Look at the seller's feedback. If it's below 98.6% find a seller with better feedback. 

If the item is being shipped from China that's the Counterfeit Capitol of the World, therefore their items could be fake.

if u find good items for buying find a seller who has better feedback.  If you're looking at a product and the seller has 300 feedback ratings and a positive feedback score of 98%, it indicates a very reputable seller.

On eBay if the seller has a 98% rating that is not a good rating.  98 is not like getting an A grade in school.

A seller with feedback below 98.6% is considered a bad seller. Some won't buy from sellers with a rating below 99%.

I'd like to say that eBay might insert "one of eBay's most reputable sellers" on their feedback page when they have a rating of  94.8 for example, but that only means either they've sold a lot, or they've been on eBay awhile. While eBay says they're reputable that's actually a bad rating and someone with that many negatives is not a good seller. No matter what eBay says, a good seller has a rating above normal body temperature. Below body temperature expect problems.
