Hi, I have an Eversharp Astronaut Pen Apollo 17 25th Anniversary set with a pin containing metal from the space craft.
It has Gene Cernan's signature engraved on the barrel with "0249/2000" engraved below it. I have not seen this particular pen set online except in a couple of text references about the Eversharp company. Most pens have engravings mentioning the 25th anniversary and no signature.
The pen does work. I drew a small, barely one inch line to confirm.
Does anyone know more about the pen I have? Is it rare since none seem to be for sale anywhere? I'd like to sell it and would appreciate any suggestions on a selling price.
