I just purchased this pottery and want to ID before I decide what to do with it. Planter, decor, sell, gift... it’s marked with a resided circle and what looks like a Chinese or Japanese symbol. It’s also signed with what looks like Mc L ... that’s all I can make out. About 7” in height.
