I know that most Marc Jacobs bags are manufactured in Italy, and some in China. I looked at the stitching and it's short and thick. Fakes will usually have sloppy stitching and its a huge telltale. Also the interior looks fine as the letters aren't jumbled (from my pov)

 

I would say it looks legit, but I don't want to 100% say yes
