Is this Dooney & Bourke Authentic?

Found this Dooney at a Second Hand Store. Didn't look it over real close as i saw the dillards tag on the outside. i am questioning if it's authentic. Here are some photos and would appreciate your input. No number on registration card inside and no number on the back of dooney tag inside. I don't want to list a possible fake dooney.

i purchased at a second hand store not dillards. tags were probably changed.

I've seen more instances than I can count of buyers using genuine props on fakes. 

In this case, I believe the tags (except maybe the Dillard's tag) are fake. The "registration card" is definitely fake and the navy blue tag may or may not be fake.

Just because there's a Dillards tag, is not 100% that Dillards attached it to this bag.
