I posted this bag for sale and EBay rejected it for not being authentic. I thought it was. If it is authenticated here on this board can I relist it? What do I need to do to relist it? It is a near perfect bag except I replaced one of the tiny brass screws on the latch hole peice( in the picture you can see the screw are a little different.
Thank you for any advice or help you can give me.

Regardless of which version you receive, the creed stamped on genuine Coach bags always consists of proper grammar, so "this goods made of natural cowhide America" seems like a glaring red flag, I'm sorry to say. Maybe you can sell it on etsy as a 'reproduction'? Not sure what their policy is on things like that.
That creed and serial photo is from the LATE 1980s, BTW.
Please note and REMEMBER what I said in my previous post - "... selling counterfeits of any kind in the US is a felony". Brand trademarks and copyrights are strongly protected by law.
Thats the policy of the US government, it doesnt matter what kind of trademark and copyright violations any US-based website closes their eyes to. VERY bad things can happen to companies that ignore and even promote massive sales of counterfeit items on their website. Google 'ioffer' if you dont believe me.

Does the Coach thingy really say "This goods Made of Natural Cowhide American..."? Can't make out the rest. Would Coach really say " This Goods"?

I'm sorry but this is a fake bag. Reading the creed is enough to tell you that this bag is not authentic.

If you do determine that it's real, and are able to list it, you'll need to keep in mind that it's neither no longer "new" and/or "perfect".

Once eBay has "rejected" your listing it is best not to relist the item

Coach bags are made in a variety of places, including Thailand, China, and New York City USA. There are also a variety of genuine creed stamps depending on the provenance and vintage of the bag. Here is an example of one from the USA (circa early 1980s) for comparison:

On occasion, ebay does remove authentic bags in error but this is NOT one of them. This bag was correctly removed and there is NOTHING right about it.
In fact, there was a similar post a few days ago about a bag with a creed with the same text. (Do sellers even read creeds when they list? Sheesh!)
Here's the previous thread:

Just so you know, thinking a bag is authentic isn't good enough for the law or for ebay. Sellers have to KNOW items are authentic or find out before listing. If authenticity can't be determined or if it's deemed fake, it cannot be listed at all.

Etsy's site also claims to abide by federal trademark law which makes the sale of counterfeit goods illegal, punishable by huge fines and/or jail time! (Check out any website's TOS.)
"For a first offender, the maximum fine is $2 million, with the possibility of up to 10 years in prison. A second-time offender can spend up to 20 years in prison and pay a maximum $5 million fine."

eBay's policy is no fakes, counterfeits, knockoffs, reproductions, copies etc.
