I recently bought a Chanel bag from an eBay seller , used it for less than a month, and wanted to resell it. I listed it and then it was removed by EBay .. eBay through the it was fake ! I bought it from EBAY !!!! I have the authenticity card of the bag..

It must have a number inside the bag that matches the certificate!

Whether the hologram matches the card doesn't prove authenticity.

Hi,
I sold it in Vestiaires Collectives and it was physically inspected by their experts( not from photos like with EBay!) and they said the truth: the bag was authentic ! Don’t rely on eBay experts !

The seller did not accept a return…. EBay did not support me….. however, I sold it in Vestiaires Collectives and it was physically inspected by their experts( not from photos like with EBay!) and they said the truth: the bag was authentic ! Don’t rely on eBay experts !

I bought a Chanel belt through eBay about a month ago - I can tell it was not authentic - had it authenticated, Counterfeit. But, eBay took the original seller''s side and would not allow me to return. Be very careful and try to do your own "authentication" with the pictures as much as possible before buying.

I'm not sure how that could happen unless you didn't file a "not as described" dispute through ebay. Ebay ALWAYS takes the buyer's side in SNAD disputes.
How did you file a dispute?

No, actually, you bought it from a SELLER who was SELLING that item on EBAY. Make sense?
