Coach— fake or real? I can’t tell

Hello,

Serial No. F1320-F24689 and Coach customer service didn’t recognize it but they said it was still possible to be authentic. It’s missing the luggage tag and the handles don’t seem to be the same quality as my other Coach items. There is silver hardware here and my other Coach have brass hardware. What do you all think?
