The first (Offer Up) bag appears to be okay but without a picture of the creed, I can't say with certainty that it's authentic. 

As for cleaning, if you google "coach rehab and rescue club" you'll find a blog where there are some very talented rehabbers and they freely offer help. (It's interesting that the seller describes it as "reconditioned" but doesn't even mention the stains/marks.)

The pink signature bag is authentic.
