 I have tried to get someone to help with a refund for over a week is anyone even working at ebay anymore? I have spent a lot of money ordering from ebay but no more unless my issue is resolved

I need a refund, I contacted the seller another person told me their not available until the end of February, I needed my order in March, I want a refund ASAP from ebay

The details you have given us are sktechy.

When did you purchase the item, and when you bought it what was the last estimated delivery date showing on the listing?  If that date has not passed you are not eligible to get a refund. You would have to ask the seller if they will cancel the transaction, and refund you, but sellers are not required to do that.   

  The seller not being available until the end of February is probably because they are located in China and the Chinese New Year (think of the 4th of July, Christmas and New year all lumped together) started on Feb. 12.  Many chinese sellers close for the festival's full 16 days and are unavailable until the 26th.
