I don’t see any specific problem. Again, R to L will never IMO match as they’re not made as pairs. If you’re talking about the closed 4 vs an open 4, Gucci uses both. They use multiple factories and I have both open and closed 4s on my own shoes and I only compared on my open Gucci purchased product. I didn’t even look at anything I bought on eBay. I agree that the stitching could be cleaner but that’s not enough to make a call either. I’ve got many luxury shoes that aren’t finished as well as I would have liked.
I’d know immediately if I had yours in hand but I don’t so I can’t tell you 100% but again, they look OK to me. You can also look at all sides of the G’s. There should be no roughness and definitely no air bubbles.
You can also use an online pro.
Meanwhile, I don’t think you’re going to be happy with them so if you can return them you probably should and just buy new product.
In the future (minor detail but important if you ever resell), those pictures I asked for are important but you never want to shoot the inside side of the shoe on the outside. It distorts.
