Need help ID brown label on women's Western outfit

Can anyone help me identify the brown faux suede label on this outfit?  Made in Texas, it has a Western look with its silver metal buttons and full skirt.  I assume it is vintage.  Thanks for any help.

A tag like that is used by Painted Pony out of Texas

It looks like they wrote on the tag with a sharpie.

My post with the Painted Pony RN info that I posted yesterday disappeared.

Apparently even Painted Pony stuff can be faked by writing in Sharpie on a blank label.
