I am from India, I am not able to upload the new product. Below attach the message which I am getting from eBay page.
Still, I am not able to connect the eBay support also.
Please help me.
Apparently you already requested an increase and received it on October 11. According to the message, they only give one increase every 30 days so you can't get another increase until November 11.
