It's a fake, can I sell it with full disclosure?

I bought a "Hermes" fake wallet at a garage sale very inexpensively. Its a brand new, nice looking wallet. Can I sell it on ebay with full disclosure, or does this go against ebay/ethical rules?

The sale of any counterfeit item is illegal. A Federal crime which can carry fines of up to $250,000 per sale.

And please do not donate it. It just puts it back into the public domain.

Worse than being against ebay and/or ethics, the sale of counterfeit goods is a violation of federal trademark law and can get you into BIG trouble with the feds.
