Help with Citizens of Humanity Jeans

I was at the Salvation Army yesterday and ran into a Citizens of Humanity Jeans for less than $5, an obscene amount.  Anyway they had a tag attached that said $185.00 and the tag was from NV Clothing.  So I assumed they were NEW with tags....not the COH tags, but tags nonethe less. see picture.

So I'm listing them for a fair amount, not the $185.  And then I notice there is some fray or wear at the hem.  See picture.  So now, I don't know what to list them as.  in the "condition"  and title field I stated "imperfect."  And explained there was fraying or wear at the hem.

So ....  are these new w/ tags?  Imperfect?  Pre-owned?

How would you title the jeans and how would you describe them.  Everything else about the jeans is excellent.

I can't see the pictures so can't comment on them. I tried to look for your listing but didn't see it.

What I will say is that COH is highly faked and unless you are expert in evaluating COH, you need to make sure they're genuine.

Hmm. It posted before I was done!

If they're authentic (and that's a big IF), I would recommend listing as pre-owned. You aren't the original owner and you don't know the history and without the COH tag, they wouldn't (or shouldn't) be considered as "with tags."

Can you click the link to the pictures again and see if they open for you? I didn't know that brand was a knockoff brand.  How can I authenticate them?  I got them for pennies on the dollar, literally.
