Help identifying deerskin jacket. Native American?

Hi, does anyone recognize the markings on this deerskin jacket or know who the maker is? Also looking for helpful key words. Any help would be very much appreciated. Thank you!

Nice piece but definitely DO NOT use Native American in the title or listing UNLESS you can decipher the name and confirm the maker AND the tribe. I personally don’t think it matters a whole lot unless you can figure out that it’s a famous maker and it isn’t any of the ones I can pull to mind.

Figure out the size- from the buttons I would think men’s and if you find out nothing else just give carefully taken measurements and list as something like

” Western Butterscotch Deerskin Artisan Jacket  Deer Antler Buttons Sz...”

You can also play with other keywords like “Cowboy, Hunter, etc.” but don’t use Indian or Native American unless you can confirm that it is.

I do see some lettering but cannot read it. Maybe I will play with the photo settings to get it more clear.

The name on the stamp looks like "ALISON" to me. I thought there might be numbers on the feather, but on closer look, I think they are round spots.
