Fake Chanel?

https://miishka.com/collections/miishkavintage/products/vintage-chanel-logo-bag-13

This Australian seller is always selling supposedly 'vintage' pieces such as Chanel or LV...but is it just me or do they seem obviously fake? Like this bag for example where the tag says Made in Paris..,

Fake Chanel?

Agree that it’s a screaming obvious fake but it’s not on this venue. As you said, Chanel is never “made in Paris”.

All that website sells are newly made counterfeits (claimed "vintage") obviously sourced from China.
It needs to be reported to Australian anti-counterfeiting authorities, e.g. https://counterfeit.com.au/index.html

Note they also state on their "Melbourne Vintage Clothing" link that they sell "MIISHKA clothing at Camberwell Market" (a flea market) in Melbourne Vic. Australia

Also interesting, the domain was registered in the US, with a "Domain Privacy Service FBO Registrant" (typical) which actually expired 2 months ago: https://whois.easycounter.com/miishka.com

Fake Chanel?

Just weird that she’s able to make a pretty big business out of selling fake bags and always claiming their authenticity. I commented on her instagram telling her the bags are fake but she blocked me.

Anyways, I know this is the wrong venue but wish there was more ways to make it known that she’s selling fakes!

They survive because most people aren't aware of how pervasive the counterfeit industry is, don't know how to identify a fake and blindly and naively believe sellers who spew lies and promises.

And because they can block users who speak the truth, they further get away with it since only the posts of those who tout the integrity of the sellers are allowed.

Counterfeiting is a global Trillion dollar industry, and growing. https://www.iacc.org/resources/about/statistics

Unfortunately, as the International Anti-Counterfeiting Coalition says, "That growth is driven in part by CONSUMER DEMAND."

https://www.iacc.org/resources/about/what-is-counterfeiting

The tragedy is that it's perpetuated by thoughtless, status-craving consumers who kid themselves that a fake bag costing a mere $400 could possibly be, or pass for, a real $4,000 designer brand! Never mind being willfully oblivious to the fact that they're supporting international crime, drug trafficking, child slave labor, etc.

Ironically, they can only impress their equally fatuous peers, because anyone actually familiar with the real designers' product quality would view them with contempt.
