That is a hand rolled hem. And it is likely a Burberry scarf. But it is also likely that it is a nice scarf made to look like a Burberry scarf. I have had beautiful scarves that I thought were Gucci due to the quality and design, but never found a Gucci name.

Not sure what the measurements are for. But one quick way to ascertain if your BURBERRY scarf is genuine is to examine the hem. An expensive designer scarf will have a hand-rolled, hand-stitched hem. Knock-offs have machine-stitched hems.
No, it doesn’t say Burberry nowhere, neither on the care tag. The seller stated in the add that the scarf will come with care tag only, but he didn’t post any picture with this tag. He posted pictures with the scarf and Burberry tag on it. On my other Burberry scarves, even on the care tag it is written Burberry. I took measurements from the black lines to the red line on both sides. Burberry says it must be symmetrical ( distance from black to red should be the same on both parts - from the left black to the left red, should be same distance as from the right black to right red). And all corners should be same ( not bigger or smaller). This scarf is hand rolled and sewn but all other things indicate it is a fake one but the seller keeps saying it is real.
