I would like to express my disappointment with a seller named GREATDEALMAILS we have been communicating for a few months for a non-delivered order with a tracking number UC813409745MY . I can not communicate with him please contact him and tell me  when i will take my item.

You are not talking to Ebay here, we are members just like you. A few months? Never let a seller string you along like that. You have thirty days to file an item not received complaint on Ebay, or 180 days to file at Paypal.
