i'm upset with seller of hp printer 5610 it was send to old address and don't send to new address or refund help fix this please.

Did you update your address on your account? Thats where the seller gets your address from.if its undeliverable at the old address, it will be returned to the seller, and you will have to pay for reshipment.

I don't get the package and yes I give them the new address and they don't look at it I can't return if I don't have that package. M

You didn't answer the question..Did you change it on your Paypal ship to address, BEFORE YOU PAID??

Yes I did before I paid if not can this be fix please. Made the money. Under stand please fix this soon.m the person at old address was going to send the package 3months and ago and she don't did it.can you track and see how to fix this.

I'm having a hard time understanding your post..

If the printer arrived at your old address..this means that you did NOT change the address on the ship to details on Paypal..The seller had NO WAY of knowing your old address UNLESS that was what was on the label..

Then you said it was 3 months ago??? Nothing can be done..Seller did his or her job by sending it to the address listed on the Paypal detail..
