Hi, from anybestbuy  seller i have a problem, first arrived the device broken dont work, and the seller promise resend a new device again , and im waiting a long time, donta arrived to me yet, item number is : 201992945041 , i want only full refund, the seller i think is fake or thief

Your seller is not fake or a thief but rather a very large Chinese merchant with somewhat questionable feedback.

Unfortunately, it is probably too late for any recourse beyond a PayPal dispute which would require you to return the defective item back to China with online viewable tracking which could cost you 5 times the $5 dollars you paid for the item.

Next time do not accept a replacement item but rather a full refund via eBays MBG, then repurchase your item from somewhere else.
