about tracking

hi, i am sachintha hapuvita. from srilanka, i orderd grapic tablet from ebay. estimate delivery date from 15 oct to 28 oct.but my tracking number no update (HT746539852SY). why?. can i get feedbak fom you.

If you dont receive the tablet a day or two after the last estimated delivery date, file an item not received case..you have thirty days from the delivery date.

The seller you mentioned does not have very good feedback as a seller, so I'm sorry to say it, but you may not receive what you ordered. Be sure to file an Item Not Received case as soon as possible, to get your money back, as @bonjourami suggested.

The seller is registered in Armenia, and all their listings have now been ended early. It looks like it may be a hacked account, or a scammer. They were listing items that were supposed to be drop-shipped from China, but the tracking number you were given was supposed to be mailed from the Syrian Arab Republic, and the post office there has not scanned the package as received. All of this strongly suggests that you won't receive the graphics tablet you ordered, if you receive anything.
