Smartphone it's not working and the seller doesn't reply

Hello everyone!

I bought a smartphone from "mxqtech (918879)" which started having problems a few months ago, 5 months after the acquisition and it's not working anymore. 

I've made a few attempts to contact the seller through eBay and email and till now I have no answer or help from the seller. 

I can't make a bad review at his profile or report the situation because already passed more than 3 months after the purchase. Could anyone help me with that, please?

Anyone passed through that situation?

It's to late to get any help from Ebay.

Depending on when you bought it, Pay Pal gives you 180 days to file a claim.

Thank you for the reply! I will try to report the situation anyway in order other consumer's do not by that product and pass through the same situation.

sounds like the maker of the phone is who you should complain to.   5 months after the sale and you have been using it all this time and now say it does not work and the seller fault?  really?
