Seller of item is not completeits missing part on detector

Started to bid on item and found item to be missing parts so contacted seller and advised me the part was there however the part which is a toggle switch is missing.It should be on bottom of control box this toggle switch turns on pin-pointer & discrimination # 2 on. Its missing and have advised seller he needs to contact people that are bidding ,he states he would not takes returns?So as of now he has not changed his message on the detector most people will be surprised when they see it missing and cannot return back.Seller is selling a 1266x fisher detector its missing the toggle switch and will not work right.Its not right to trick the people that are bidding for the detector.He has been advised of this situation .Thank you--william

All 1266x detectors come with a toggle switch which controls pin-pointer plus # 2 discrimination settings.ITs under the control box checked the pictures its not there ,the switch should be 1" --1.5" long .

Doesnt matter what the seller says..if you have an item that is not as described you file a case. If its past Ebays thirty day guarantee, you can file a case at Paypal, but you are responsible for return shipping. If its within Ebays thirty day guarantee, the seller will be responsible to provide you with a return label.
