Santa Monica Wireless advertises on the site I purchased this phone BRAND NEW, not refurbised from that it is UNLOCKED to AT&T, VERIZON, TMOBILE (NOT TRUE) when Straight talk went to hook my straight talk service I already had from Verizon, the number they ran off of the phone did not work, they then tried AT&T, and ultimately ONLY worked with TMOBILE. I NEVER would have purchased the phone from them had I known this.
I've tried communicating with them twice with no response. At first a message on EBAY, then I gave a poor review, they then contacted me to ask why I gave a negative review, I then replied why and again never heard from them. So, now I have this new phone connected to a wireless company I never would have used and the phone every other day has something happen to it so the callers cannot hear my voice. I was able to find on youtube how to fix this and the phone starts working and then or no rhyme or reason, it happens again every couple of days. It's too bad SM Wireless doesn't have enough of a CARING customer service attitude, they would be trying to resolve my issues.
