Scam an no help

Got scammed on Item: Upgraded 40W USB CO2 Laser Engraver Engraving Cutting Machine Cutter 300x200mm
Item number: 383322111999 and now trying to resolve it all it get is a message on my screen that says " Something went wrong: we're sorry" I"m a little **bleep** to be out the money but more so I can not seem to get help.

The item number does not show up - Are you talking about the $30 machine from asia or the $300 machine from the US? Either way, you should get your money back but we need the details of what you have already done.

Since you say you have paid, if you dont get the item by the estimated delivery date, you can file an item not received case. You have thirty days on Ebay, use the Resolution Center, below, or 180 days at Paypal, the transaction will be there.

When I click on the page that shows the order it wont allow me to fight it all I get is message and ebay has cancelled the store but does not seem to have a way to get the information to fight it.  Its the 30$ machine from asia I figured it was a parts only kinda thing.
