I do not know why all my transactions have been whipped clean. I have been a member for years and it shows

I purchased a EasyPulse 5 Oxygen Regular, it was defective, I returned it to seller on June 21, 2024 and it was signed for at the Post Office.
I talked to the person that I purchased it from and he denied that he sold it or that he received the returned item.
Please help I need that regulator for health reasons
