Price variance

I'm just getting started on eBay and was trying to reference what other people were pricing the item I'd like to sell.  But the same pre-owned camera I'm selling had a massive range in price from $45 all the way to $145. What am I not seeing?

You can look in Advanced Search for what your camera is actually selling for here, just click on closed  sold listings. I would imagine it depends on the condition of the camera and how old it is.
