Optical Coaxial Toslink Digital to Analog Audio Converter Adapter RCA 3.5mm L/R
I recently purchased this item and am having a technical issue and am trying to send a message to the seller, but I keep getting "Message Failed".
This is my message to the seller:
"Hello, I recently purchased 2 of your digital to analog converters for 2 different televisions. The installation with LG TV works great!
The other installation is with a Samsung UN32M4500 TV. I am getting "noise" sounding like static or "motor boating". Please listen to the audio recording.
I have already tried exchanging cables, converters, power supplies, blue tooth transmitter with the working unit and end up with the same result. Please look at my pictures and listen to the audio recording and make suggestions to correct.
I couldn't find a way to attach the audio, please email me and I'll send it."
Any help would be appreciated.
