took my money for a printer claimed to have shipped it never shipped it and now wont communicate or refund my money

So I guess you are now going to click on the eBay Money Back Guarantee displayed on the listing & follow the directions to obtain a refund?

After you have done that you should also learn how to use feedback as a buyer & SELLER.

I did file a case against him and left feedback now I just have to wait the time as per ebays regulations

You left feedback too soon, your seller seems to be a good guy,, did the tracking number show delivered or in transit?

he never took the printer to the usps or had it picked up I spoke to the post office 3 times and as of the 22nd they still didnt have it
