I need your help. I purchase item #231980784753 on August 24, 2017. I know that I am in my fourth month of purchase but my Tablet just went dead. I contacted the Seller and he told me that it was too expensive to pay for 1 year warranty so now that the Tablet needs a main board, the Seller told me to find out how much it would cost to fix it. A main board is more than an $100.00 and I said to them the Technican charge me $80.00 to buy the board and fix it and they are telling me that they only can pay $35.00 which is unreasonable. I think I am more than reasonable because I will stand the cost for everything else. When a Seller neglect or should I say too cheap to pay for warranty what does Ebay do to protect us the Buyer from Sellers like this one. Awaiting your earliest response.
