Hi,
what I can do? Item is not delivered and delivery status is In-Transit.
What means "In-Transit"? Is the item delivered to Croatia or not?
Please tell me what can be my next step?
Thanks You in advance
Kind regards

"In-Transit" means it is on the way but not yet delivered.
If it is past the date you were told it would be delivered, you can file a claim with eBay. Go here:

I am wondering about the same thing.???
I am the seller about 10% of items sold still show in transit. some of them were shipped months ago all with tracking numbers sold within the USA and thru fedex and US Mail. Where are my packages going? And why are the customers not upset, or complaining? I have sent an e-mail to customers to ask if delivered yet, and none sent a response. I'm still learning selling on here, but also want to provide better customer service. What is the preferred protocol in these matters?

While 10% seems high, sometimes a package doesn't get scanned and the tracking doesn't get updated. Did you check the tracking on the actual shipper's site? That's the most reliable.

I wouldn't contact the customers. As you discovered they probably won't respond anyway and it may inspire an unscrupulous customer to file an item not received claim even if they received it. If a customer doesn't receive their order, they will complain! Just make sure you always ship with tracking.
You can contact the shipper to determine delivery status.
If you have happy customers, no complaints and your getting paid, that's a good thing.
