I ordered an item about 4 months ago, but still today i didn't get it, customer care also didn't reply me. How they do this? Please Help me..  Order number: 18-04986-68269

That doesn't tell me the delivery date. You must file an item not received case within 30 days of the expected delivery date in the listing. If it's too late to do that then go to paypal.com/disputes/ and file there if you paid with PayPal.
