How do you download to excel your purchase history?

since the disconnect from paypal, there isn't a way to download your purchase history.  i have seen many conversation on this topic so when is ebay going to provide reporting capabilities?

On your Purchase History page right click on your mouse and you can either print the list or cut and paste into Excel.

If you are well skilled at using Excel (removing hyperlinks and objects) you can get a useful report of your purchases.  If you want a total of all purchases that takes a little manipulation of the data.

If anybody from eBay is listening, this is a pathetic situation that we are all reduced to. Give us Export to Excel **bleep**. And if any data analysts are watching, please save us ordinary buyers from eBay's policy to make it as hard as possible to extract data from their ecosystem. Nil points.

this is a huge problem for me. I get a perfect list of purchases for tax purposes from Amazon.

Purchase History only covers the current year or either of the two most recently completed calendar years.

It is possible to download a report with older purchase information here:

It takes a week to generate the report, and then you must use the link within one week or it expires. The report has only basic information: item name and number, seller username, date, price and shipping. No pictures or descriptions.

you are right on here!   I purchase alot of stuff on ebay for my clients and it is impossible to get a report to easily reconcile at the end of the year.  so ridiculous, and such an easy fix for ebay

1. Account settings top left corner on desktop

2. Request your eBay data under personal info.

3. Check/uncheck which data you would like Ebay to Email you.

Chrome offers an extension that will create an excel document from your ebay purchase history.

Ive tried posting the link but ebay wont allow it. Just go to the Chrome browser ands search for the Chrome extension "Ebay Purchase History Downloader"

By the way. They also have an extension for Amazon as that platform also fails to provide any kind of export of data.
