Did not recieve item

The seller has not even shipped the item and I have payed for it. The time is 2 days after the date I should have recived it. When I try to contact the seller it says that the sellers user is deleted so I can't reach him. The item is not covered by Ebay money back gurantee either... What do I do?

Why is it not covered by mbg? If this is a digital item, file an item not received case at Paypal, they cover those.
