i want to report a group of scammers active on ebay.fr
and there are those who support them and they are from the team of ebay.fr
we report to this persone every day sometimes it ends by deleting ad only, and then the seller comes back again
The seller sells iptv subscription on application, orca pro And Atlas pro And all illegal encryption devices to broadcast French channels and all sprot channels

There are scammers everywhere. I doubt your allegation against ebay is valid. 

If you see something, report it. But you cannot name and shame.

eBay can't  stop scammers but there's MBG if you buy something that turns out to be a scam.
