You have 30 days to file a claim on Ebay and 180 days on Pay Pal.

Have you opened a case in the Resolution Center on Ebay or Pay Pal yet?

Yes i tried so ebay saw i cant open a case for the seller  he lock me a ready and he no send no tracking number and no answer

If it's to late to open a case on Ebay, go to Pay Pal and open one there.

Pay Pal gives you 180 days to file a case.

Lo intenté y no me han ayudado solo me dicen que espere que el vendedor responda yo necesito mi dinero voy a publicar este robo por todos los medios de noticias y voy a demandar estas paginas por dejar que sus tiendas estafen a los compradores
