I was going to buy a laptop on ebay. I saw the option to add "protection" and this was via Ebay. I checked the box for the protection, and then I bought the laptop. But, I have nothing on the order details, or in my email or messages on ebay about the protection plan. I looked up on the Protection it is via "Allstate". Is says on ebay that the plan company will be emailing or calling. But It's been over an hour and I don't have any emails from "Allstate". So, does that mean it didn't go through (Protection)? The laptop did. Chat and calls is closed on ebay right now. What to do?
