I know I checked the box to get the 1 year protection for the laptop I was going to buy. When I bought the laptop, after that, I checked but didn't get any information about the 1 year protection. So, I don't know what's going on. Help please.

I lost my job back in March, and I am selling items to make money. When an item sells, and the buyer pays for it via paypal, how can I get the money into my checking account rather than staying on paypal? Thank you!Diane
