 found at thrift shop for 4 bucks  looked old  so I rescued her cleaned her up. She’s gorgeous. she has  voque doll 1964 on the back of her neck. .  But on her right   upper thigh  it  says 1960  E wilkin.    And she’s about 18   19 inches. Which one is. She. Thanks so much

Those are the correct markings for the 1964 Vogue E. Wilkin Baby Dear doll. So actually she's both.
