Help ID for this doll

The extremities and head of this doll are bisque(I'm not an expert but I think it's from this material).The hair seems to be synthetic.Its height is 6 3/4 "approx.Any help is welcome.Thanks.

Modern porcelain doll, circa 1980's-90's, possibly even newer. She was probably made in China.
