Need Help Identifying Doll

This doll plays music and its arms and head move when it's wound up. The song it plays is Brahms Lullaby. The head says "Aaron Dianna Effner 1991." However, it appears that someone put that head on this VERY old looking doll. There is no way to remove the clothes to look for any other markings. The clothes seem to be glued around the neck. The doll is 10.5" tall from head to toe. The upper arms have a rope-like material . The upper legs have a foam-like material. There is some white stuffing in the chest around the music box. The arms and legs appear to be porcelain and one foot is broken off. If anyone can give me any information as to the possible age or brand of this doll, I would greatly appreciate it!

It really looks like it was made by a hobbyist who put the head on a commercially available musical body. There were molds available for the Aaron head, and the painting looks typical of hobbyist-quality painting.  Porcelain doll studios wherer you could make your own copy of popular artist dolls were pretty popular in the late 80s-early 90s.

The doll's head is original to the body & according to you, it's clearly dated "1991". Aaron Dianna Effner dolls values vary, some go for quite respectable prices.  However, your doll is in very poor condition, sorry, it's worthless.

In looking online, I haven't found any Dianna Effner mechanical dolls that's why I thought perhaps someone put the head on this doll. Thanks anyway...
