How about "invite a member to tell us about themselves" month ... we have lots of members who are so quiet.  So few people seem to be active.  Let's try to get the quiet ones to speak.

Sounds like a pretty good idea Kate.

We sure have a lot of members reading our postings.

Wondering if there is a gentle way we can ask them to post things. They may be shy or have some real problems. This sure is the best group anyone will find for kindness among members.

I know you will create a good one for this Kate. Maybe other member can give their thoughts on this......?:|
