There is a better than average chance that this is Depression Glass made around the time of the Great Depression. As to manufacturer and the pattern you may need some sort of reference book to figure that out. There are collectors of this type of glassware, we've sold a few pices on eBay and gotten a good return on it. I assume you've looked for Pink Depression Glass or Depressionware on eBay? There are over 50 listings ... yours "might" be some sort of a flower blossom, cherry blossom, etc. pattern, not sure as I can not zoom in on the pics on your OP. Anyway, good luck ...

Though slightly similar to, this is not etch "704" aka "Many Windows". this is Etch 725, shown on page 48, on a candy box, in the cambridge glass company 1976 guide for glassware that was made by Cambridge from1930-1934.
Etch 725 is also shown on the chataboutdg website : http://chataboutdg.com/gallery/search.htm?search_keywords=725.
on another note; to be sure an item is the right color for that period and company, not a repro, a picture against a white background is best.
