I had a feedback of 100% until I sold a Chromebook. The buyer claimed there was a fault with the display and stated that I sold it knowing there was a fault.
I wasn't aware of any issues all the time I owned it otherwise I wouldn't have sold it.
I accepted the return and upon receipt I tested it to find it was fine and reported back to the seller. The seller has since left negative feedback stating I sell faulty goods.
I appealed the feedback stating that is was untrue but eBay refuse to remove it.
To be honest after 17 years of good feedback I'm done with eBay and I'm not surprised they appear to be struggling with the competition if they allow this kind of thing.
Seriously thinking of closing my account.
Sorry just letting off steam and looking for advice.
