Hello Community!
We've had reports of Community members seeing duplicate comments on a post. Khoros is having a difficult time replicating this issue.
So there are two ways to post a reply to a post - one is by clicking on the "Answer" or "Reply" button at the bottom of the initial question, and the other is by typing in the quick reply box which appears when you click on the "Comments" link.
For those who've experienced this issue, could you let us know here which way you replied to a post?

sheila@ebay The duplicate comments, are COMMENTS, not answers. I personally have only seen this happen on the M2M board.
This OP wasn't too happy with my answer but probably less happy that my reply to their comment posted twice. I have had comments duplicated three times on occasions.
Look at the comments under my answer.
I'll post more examples as I come across them.
sheila@ebay. Here's another one. Both my comments and ops are duplicated.
I thought just maybe that members were holding down their mouse too long.
This duplicate occurred using my cellphone to post so that kills one theory.
@comics-scifi-collectibles I just wanted to say thank you for sharing these examples with me. I just checked in on this ticket and Khoros is still having a hard time replicating this.
We're going to have some major updates to the platform in the next month, so I'm hoping this issue as well as all the others issues I've listed on the platform issues board, will be resolved.
