items from seller

I would like to know if you find things from a sell that you collect and you need some items to complete your collection, can you ask that buyer how many items they have and a total price for what you want?

Re: items from seller

Do you mean you want to cherry pic items from a listing and have the seller create a new eBay listing for those items?

Re: items from seller

You can ask a seller anything, except to make an off-eBay deal.

The seller might reply to your question, or he might not.  He might create a special eBay listing for you, or he might not.  But if you're asking for something reasonable, and are willing to follow all the eBay rules to get it, it's worth asking the seller.

Not to be harsh, but when you contact the seller you are going to have to write more clearly and carefully about what you want than you did here.

Re: items from seller

I had a large collection of periodicals. I had listed about twenty of them and had sold about a dozen.. A buyer contacted me and we made a deal for the complete lot of what I had including the magazine's I had not yet listed..
