Can anyone identify this stamp on the back of a silver turquoise pendant

I have a money clip with this marking, brought many years ago. The marking is made by hand and a little different.  The man I knew was a relative of this silversmith and was from a reservartion. We served in the military together.  His name was some Indian name we always had trouble with. This was many years ago.
