I can answer your question only with questions of my own, these to start:  Is that Virgilio Tojetti?  Or is it some other V. Tojetti?  Is it an original?  If so, what's the medium and what's the support?  Is it a reproduction?  If so, how was it reproduced?  What is the reason for refusing to provide photographs of the work?
