Please help me identify these jade carvings.

Can anyone help me find out what these carvings are, where they are from, and when they were carved? I appreciate any help you can provide. The top one is 3½" x 2½", the bottom one is 4" x 3".4" x 3"

Looks like hetian jade (nephrite) older Chinese dragon carvings - the bottom one looks like they're fighting or dueling. Top looks like a dragon and phoenix (?).

I recently requested an assessment of a very old Japanese item on the site "JustAnswer", and they did an excellent job in looking at the images I uploaded to them and were spot-on about exactly what the item was, who made it and when, and other particulars.  Just a $5 fee for their time and it was all done.
